You pay to print photo sticker strips from photos already on your phone. Prints are produced by the machine at the venue where you are, at the time you pay. Pricing is shown before you pay: $5 for the first strip and $3 for each additional identical copy.
You keep all rights to your photos. We do not claim ownership and we do not use them for anything except printing your order.
By paying, you confirm that:
You are responsible for what you choose to print.
Photos are automatically checked before payment, and we may refuse any order. Automatic checks are not perfect and may occasionally refuse an ordinary photo or miss something that breaches these terms. Refusing an order does not mean we reviewed it, and printing one does not mean we approved it.
If your print fails — the machine jams, runs out of paper, prints badly, or nothing comes out — email us at snapstixbooth@gmail.com with roughly when and where it happened, and we will refund you.
Please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. A dispute costs us considerably more than the price of your print, and we would rather just refund you.
We do not refund prints that came out as ordered because you changed your mind about the photo.
The machine may be unavailable, out of media, or out of service without notice. Print colours and cropping may differ from what you see on your phone. Stickers are repositionable, but we cannot promise how they behave on any particular surface, and you are responsible for where you stick them.
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem is limited to refunding what you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, for damage caused by where a sticker is applied, or for what anyone chooses to print.
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

There are no accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number, and Stripe collects only what it needs to take the payment.
Your photos are deleted as soon as your strip has printed. We do not keep copies, archives, or backups of them, and nobody at Snap Stix browses them.
One consequence worth knowing: because we keep nothing, we cannot reprint a strip later or look up a past order's photos. If a print fails, contact us for a refund rather than a reprint.
We do not sell your photos or data, and we do not share them with anyone for advertising.
The bar or venue hosting the machine does not receive your photos and cannot see what anyone printed.
